Jennifer Arellano Leiva MS, BCBA
Director of ABA Programs
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Jennifer graduated with a Master’s of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism from the Sage Colleges in New York. After that, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has over ten years of experience in ABA working with children and adolescents. Jennifer has experience with the Early Start Denver Model and attended the advanced workshop in San Diego. When she is not leading our behavior team, she enjoys spending time her husband and their two dogs and exploring the lovely state of New Jersey.

Jennifer Grajales, COTA, RBT
Registered Behavior Assistant/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Jenn received her Associate’s Degree of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from Eastwick College in 2018. She became interested in Occupational Therapy over 5 years ago when she worked as a physical therapy aide with a 10 year old girl that was involved in a motor vehicle accident. This girl’s view on life inspired her to work in a pediatric setting. She is also a Registered Behavior Technician and works as both a COTA and RBT, making her a team player! She has a beautiful, vivacious daughter named Eliana. When she is not working, she enjoys quality time with her child, working out, reading documentaries, going to museums and dancing.
