Insurance Information:
- We are an out-of-network provider for both Speech and OT services. We are in-network for ABA services.
- We do not accept Medicaid plans at this time.
- Families pay for services upfront, and we submit insurance claims to private insurances as a courtesy.
- Insurance coverage can vary, so we advise families to call their insurance provider to confirm out-of-network benefits and deductible status.
Important Details:
- Evaluations for new clients are required, and re-evaluations are conducted annually.
- Evaluations can provide diagnostic codes for speech but only suggest diagnoses for OT.
- Most families with out-of-network benefits can apply the costs toward their deductible.
- Therapy sessions range from $180 to $225 per hour, depending on specialization of the therapist.
- Social groups are available to children who are receiving or have received individual sessions.
