We have worked to train our ABA therapists to provide behavior therapy from a relationship-based framework that values pairing as both a means and an end to therapy. We value developing our children’s abilities to interpret their surroundings flexibly and work on challenging their rigidity with gentle redirection. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work under the close supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to carry out behavior programs and learning curricula that help them gain in all areas of development. Additionally, our RBTs and BCBAs consult with the OTs and SLPs in our clinic, in order to provide continuity of care across disciplines. This coordinate level of care is rare, and a large part of our kids’ success!
